An energetic and passionate leader, Kristus has over 12 years of experience in the IT, web technology, medical, legal, government and non-profit sectors. She enjoys guiding teams through complex projects while building deep client relationships. Rather than focusing on the big picture alone, or getting lost in the details of execution, she manages both —skillfully pinpointing business objectives and technical requirements which she translates into actionable plans.
Married for over 17 years, she believes that her ministry starts at home. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, baking, photography and blogging about plus size fashion and motherhood.
